By subscribing to or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Acceptance is effective upon your subscription or first use of the service.
Service Description
Zaiov is an AI-powered sports prediction platform that provides statistical model probability outputs. It does NOT provide gambling advice or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for all decisions based on these predictions.
Subscription & Billing
You will be billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the account portal. No refunds are issued for partial months. Billing occurs on your signup date each month.
Acceptable Use
The service is for personal use only. You may not resell predictions, automatically scrape platform data, or share your account credentials with others.
Predictions Disclaimer
Model outputs are statistical estimates only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on these predictions.
Intellectual Property
Predictions, models, and platform content are the proprietary property of Zaiov. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of our predictions or services.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in US courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers via the email on file.
